The LocalHarvest National Directory is a grassroots, online directory of over 40,000 family farms and farmers markets, along with restaurants and grocery stores that feature local food nationwide. Search for area farms, farmers markets, CSAs, U-pick, farm stands and more. The directory is grassroots in that individual producers maintain their LocalHarvest listing. Shared Harvest of Elgin is not responsible for the accuracy of the directory’s information, and encourages community members to seek out and support local and organic producers.
